These Terms govern your use of disciplineddads.com, our course portal and everything you buy from Disciplined Dads, LLC ("Disciplined Dads", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

• The Disciplined Method (book and bonuses): a digital download, delivered by email and on the confirmation page right after purchase.

• Disciplined Dads Coaching System (course): online video courses and implementation tools, accessed through our course portal, plus live group coaching sessions on the schedule we announce. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we offer the program.

2. Payments

All prices are in US dollars and charged once at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you add an offer on the page right after checkout, we charge the same card you just used, with your confirmation.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund that purchase in full. You keep the bonus downloads. When a course purchase is refunded, your access to the course ends.

4. Your license

Everything you buy is for your personal use only. You may not share your login, or copy, resell, redistribute or publish our materials, without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site, in the book and in the course belongs to Disciplined Dads, LLC. The Disciplined Method™ and Disciplined Dads™ are trademarks of Disciplined Dads, LLC.

6. Not professional advice

Our content is educational coaching. It is not therapy, medical care, or licensed financial, legal or mental health advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making medical, mental health or financial decisions.

7. Results

Individual results vary based on effort, commitment and how you apply what you learn. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

8. Communications

When you give us your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone and text as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.

9. Live sessions and community

Treat other members with respect. We may remove anyone from live sessions or the community for abusive, disruptive or illegal behavior, without a refund once the guarantee period has passed.

10. Third-party services

Some parts of our program use third-party platforms, such as payment, video and community tools. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for how they operate.

11. Disclaimer

The site and our products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim is about.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
